Tone and Tease® is a fusion of basic fitness and dance moves with a sexy edge and easy to follow format. This class is for ANY and ALL levels. With guided movements from beginning to end, my goal is to create feelings of empowerment and confidence to tap in to the "Sassy Souls" we all are. Let's release our inhibitions in a safe environment while not realizing we are working out!

This chair using, hair flipping, sexy dancing full body workout incorporates all of your muscle groups while revealing your inner goddess. Tone and Tease inspires you to let go of your inhibitions and let your sexy out! Bring your heels and towels and let’s get #SWEAXY! (heels encouraged but, optional)

What do I need for this class?
Bring your heels and/or sneakers...whatever you feel comfortable in. A towel and get ready to get "Sweaxy"! (Heels are optional)
